Bed Table/Tray
Once upon a time I wanted to make a surprise for my girlfriend who had been far away for a while and finally was coming back to be with me. Being a sentimental person, I wanted to give her something special that she would remember for a long time and something that could be actually useful.
Right away a thought came across my mind that reflected an inconvenience that I had myself experienced plenty of times. This inconvenience was a lack of a bed table or, like most of people call it, bed tray in our apartment. What a selfish person am I ?
Anyways, decision had been made.

Ratatouille
Last December I got so involved with my school work that I nearly forgot about inevitably approaching Christmas and the traditions that it brings – presents!
With approaching holidays most of the time you think that you still have time to buy presents and keep putting off this sometimes frustrating errand as long as you can. I am not going to speak for all the people out there because some do sincerely enjoy this process. In any case, I am not one of them. Furthermore, I am a person who prefers hand made unique presents to all the “standard” ones bought from a local gift store.

Outcome of the Project
Several weeks ago I decided to take a laptop from my friends that otherwise would be disposed in trash. Its condition could not be better described than as horrible – missing keys; burnt out DVD drive; broken CPU fan causing the computer shut itself down if you tried to turn it on. In addition to all mentioned above, the laptop was almost entirely soaked in vegetable oil – the attempt of the previous owner to fix the CPU fan problems. Finally, to top it off, the owner was a smoker and that in addition to a substantial amount of vegetable oil caused the laptop smell very close to unbearable.
Being a curious person, I really wanted to find out whether I would be able to revive it.
